9 The Repentance التوبة At-Tawbah 10 1245 لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ They do not honour the bonds of kinship or treaties with the believers.
