131 52344 Sunan Ibn Majah 12 2351 The Chapters on Business Transactions - كتاب التجارات "30490 20023 11014 18" حدثنا محمد بن رمح، أنبأنا الليث بن سعد، عن نافع، عن عبد الله بن عمر، قال نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن المزابنة ‏.‏ والمزابنة أن يبيع الرجل تمر حائطه إن كانت نخلا بتمر كيلا وإن كانت كرما أن يبيعه بزبيب كيلا وإن كانت زرعا أن يبيعه بكيل طعام نهى عن ذلك كله ‏.‏ " It was narrated that 'Abduilah bin 'Umar said: ""The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the Muzabanah.
