53 22531 Sunan Abi Da'ud 15 2530 Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad) - كتاب الجهاد "30116 20029 20377 38" "حدثنا سعيد بن منصور، حدثنا عبد الله بن وهب، أخبرني عمرو بن الحارث، أن دراجا أبا السمح، حدثه عن أبي الهيثم، عن أبي سعيد الخدري، ‏:‏ أن رجلا، هاجر إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من اليمن، فقال ‏:‏ ‏""‏ هل لك أحد باليمن ‏""‏ ‏.‏ قال ‏:‏ أبواى ‏.‏ قال ‏:‏ ‏""‏ أذنا لك ‏""‏ ‏.‏ قال ‏:‏ لا ‏.‏ قال ‏:‏ ‏""‏ ارجع إليهما فاستأذنهما، فإن أذنا لك فجاهد، وإلا فبرهما ‏""‏ ‏.‏" " Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri: A man emigrated to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) from the Yemen. He asked (him): Have you anyone (of your relatives) in the Yemen? He replied: My parents. He asked: Did they permit you? He replied: No. He said: Go back to them and ask for their permission. If they permit you then fight (in the path of Allah) otherwise be devoted to them."
