50 13872 Sahih Muslim 22 3928 The Book of Transactions - كتاب البيوع "20029 11070 11263 34" حدثني أبو الطاهر، أحمد بن عمرو بن سرح أخبرنا ابن وهب، حدثني ابن جريج، أن أبا الزبير، أخبره قال سمعت جابر بن عبد الله، يقول نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن بيع الصبرة من التمر لا يعلم مكيلتها بالكيل المسمى من التمر ‏.‏ Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) is reported to have said that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) forbade the sale of a heap of dates the weight of which is unknown in accordance with the known weight of dates.
