153 3346 Sahih Bukhari 60 3488 Prophets - كتاب أحاديث الأنبياء "20404 20020 11381 11002" حدثنا آدم، حدثنا شعبة، حدثنا عمرو بن مرة، سمعت سعيد بن المسيب، قال قدم معاوية بن أبي سفيان المدينة آخر قدمة قدمها، فخطبنا فأخرج كبة من شعر فقال ما كنت أرى أن أحدا يفعل هذا غير اليهود، وإن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم سماه الزور يعني الوصال في الشعر‏.‏ تابعه غندر عن شعبة‏.‏ " Narrated Sa`id bin Al-Musaiyab: When Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan came to Medina for the last time he delivered a sermon before us. He took out a tuft of hair and said ""I never thought that someone other than the Jews would do such a thing (i.e. use false hair). The Prophet named such a practice 'Az-Zur' (i.e. falsehood) "" meaning the use of false hair."
